My experience at the dealership was very good. I think though when making a purchase of this magnitude the buyer should drive away on a full tank of gas. I purchased a 2019 Volks Wagon Tiguan April 28, 2023 from Castle Naperville. My daughter and I had visited other dealorships, but thought the VW @ Castle Naperville felt better. Unfortunately, upon our return we were not greeted by the gentlemen in the store, so we had to ask for the salesman who initially helped us - Eddie R. How disappointing to return to Facebook seeing the photo taken with me and my VW and the other 'black' family photo removed from Castle's Naperville Facebook Page. The salesman Eddie R (no longer with the dealership) sold me a vehicle I wouldn't have ever considered, but glad I did. After many failed attempts at trying to reach Eddie @ Castle, I had finally learned of his absence. No one to this day (June 3rd) has contacted me. They got my business but aren't available to communicate. Bad business and customer service CASTLE. More
