Great dealership. Very knowledgeable and attentive. My only negative feedback would be that when I went to sign my paperwork, they had me at a higher monthly payment w Very knowledgeable and attentive. My only negative feedback would be that when I went to sign my paperwork, they had me at a higher monthly payment which was a result of them changing the lending bank and rate without my knowledge. We ended up getting it worked out. Because of this error, I noticed that my credit report was checked 3 times when it should have only been checked once. This shouldn’t hurt my credit score but we will see. I would still buy my next car there. Just didn’t expect something like this to happen from a luxury dealership but we are all human. More
