After a looking for a new car for a bit and looking to trade in my truck I'm so glad we made the decision to go Sunset. Jim was fantastic from beginning to end. Not pushy and he was very friendly. I began my search for a Ford Maverick at Sunset Ford, and ended it there as well! In between the visits, I visited and test drove other similar vehicles, but the other places did not live up to the quality a ended it there as well! I went into Sunset Ford after visiting Suntrup Hyundai, I had a Sante Fe picked out that I really liked but it didnt make much sense finnancially. Eddie introduced me to a handful of vehicles that made much had a Sante Fe picked out that I really liked but it didnt make much sense finnancially. Eddie introduced me to a handful of vehicles that made much more sense and explained the practicalilty of everything. Him and I quickly understood what vehicle would work for me. I purchased a 2019 GMC Terrain that him and i could not be more confident in, Eddie and the dealership quickly got to work and I was in and out on a Saturday within an hour and a half. Regardless of him being a family friend or not Eddie was on point with the information given and nothing at the dealership was left open ended, i will be retunring for future business. More
