This is the 2nd vehicle we have gotten from Wallingford Toyota. The dealership is great and very kid friendly. Our kids were able to play in the playscape which was a life saver. Great experience at Wallingford Toyota today. Met Anthony. salesman and though I only came to make my wife happy to see a car our short intro made me carry on for a talk. From the moment I parked, the personnel showed their utmost attention, professionalism, and great customer care and support. I was immediately put in contact with the Shay Sadosky, who handle pretty much every aspect of the sale, until the financial final stages that were handled by Edward. Shay was very courteous and engaging. She was very attentive and provided answers to all my questions and provided a lot information about the car I intended to purchase, and the purchase process. She took the time to go over every detail with patience and making I understood every step if the wag. Edward was also very professional and explained every detail of the financial process and the related contract and maintenance available. Overall, it was a great experience to be able to purchase a car and feel good about the whole process. The car was ready as promised and the process was so smooth, I just picked it up and drove off, very satisfied!!! More
