Very happy with our experience at WOW Toyota. Shay was very knowledgeable, responsive, and patient during the buying process. We had a bit of a snafu when they Grand Highlander that we reserved showed up with bench seats instead of captain's chairs, but Shay helped find us another vehicle quickly at a mutually acceptable price. The financing process was efficient and straightforward, though the $1000 deposit we put down was not considered in the paperwork until my husband inquired about it. Overall, our experience was a bit bumpy but the team was well-equipped to handle the challenges and I love my new car. More
