I recently had my New 2021 Acadia serviced at John Paul’s Buick GMC. I was a little disappointed on some of the charges that I had received. John Paul’s Customer Service person followed up with me on the se Buick GMC. I was a little disappointed on some of the charges that I had received. John Paul’s Customer Service person followed up with me on the service call. I told her my disappointments. She told me she would relay my disappointments to Mike Evans the Service Manager. I received a phone call the next day from Mike Evans to rectify the problem. Mike was very courteous and listened to all my concerns. We both came up with a solution to make everyone happy. It is nice to see in this day and age that there are still some car dealers that take the time to follow up with their customers. A satisfied customer. More
