Eddy quickly became our partner as we explored a couple different vehicles and eventually purchased the NX. Eddy never pushed us toward something we didn’t want, nor did he rush us through the process. We were impressed with his friendliness and appreciative of his understanding of our situation. He followed through on everything he said he would do and, in the end, we ended up with the right vehicle - at a fair price. He was efficient and extremely thorough in explaining all the wonderful features that came with our SUV. He sure knows the product - inside and out - and we are happy that we had such a pleasant experience working together to get a vehicle that we hope to have for many years to come. With thanks to Eddy, we are happy to be a Lexus owner and look forward to seeing him now and then when we stop in for a car wash! We highly recommend Eddy at Lexus of Arlington! More

This was my first purchase from Lexus of Arlington and the overall experience has been positive despite having to wait 6 months for our vehicle and paying MSRP.
