My experience with Mohsen, Ed, and Mercedes Benz of West Chester was beyond good; it was, frankly, exceptional. Ed went above and beyond to make sure my process went smoothly (even amidst issues with my external bank), he made sure I was comfortable and felt supported, and also showed every known function and feature of my new car. In addition, Mohsen originally supported me during the car-buying process. He was incredibly friendly, generous, helpful, honest, caring, and overall amazing. I’m not the easiest customer to work with (as I can get a bit indecisive), but he was patient and worked with me from the time of my total loss to this new purchase. I’m blown away by this experience (in the best way imaginable). This is the customer service experience I wish for everyone. I could type so much more, but I’ll end by saying my faith in great business in this area has been restored and exceeded. I am indebted with gratitude for this entire experience. 10/10 More
