Ripped off U guys stole my 74 year old mom 4800 Dollars for some services that she didn’t asked for. Brand new tires on a car that has less than 40000 miles. I believe u replaced the radiator without any permission and when she went to pick up the there was this nice bill. Trunk under warranty does not get repaired After taking my car twice last week to have the trunk door fixed, the service department not only did not fix it, but they have ignored the problem. After taking my car twice last week to have the trunk door fixed, the service department not only did not fix it, but they have ignored the problem. I have left messages for the service manager to contact and nobody has called me back. Since my problem has been ignored by this dealer, I will take further action. I will contact the State Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. More
