When I got to the dealer, Brian Acosta, stated that even though he had verified pricing multiple times - the price of the vehicle had now gone up by almost 5,000. This dealership is price gouging during the pandemic and attempting to take advantage of individuals. If your looking for transparent pricing, shop elsewhere. More

We were sort of forced into buying a new car when our 2008 Accent all of sudden developed an issue that was going to cost more than we felt was wise We were sort of forced into buying a new car when our 2008 Accent all of sudden developed an issue that was going to cost more than we felt was wise to repair. We were hoping to be able to buy an car in 2020, but apparently the Accent wanted to retire early. It is always stressful to buy a car under the best of circumstances, but even more so when you feel like you are at the mercy of the salespeople as they KNOW you do not just WANT a car, but NEED one. From the first time we saw Eddie, we knew we were not going to have to feel like that at all. He was friendly, funny, and knew his product. He could confidently answer all our questions and show us how all parts of the car functioned. We had gotten our Accent 11 years ago and it had 173,000 miles with very few major issues in this time. We knew we would be shopping for another Hyundai! From start to finish, Eddie turned an unfortunate and unexpected problem into a pleasant opportunity. I even told all my friends we actually had a very good salesperson and it want as smoothly as possible. Keep in mind Eddie is young, but maybe that was why he was so eager to help us out. He certainly did not lack knowledge or experience and if we are around long enough to need another new car!!!! we certainly hope he is still here to sell it to us!
