I have purchased many vehicles and I can honestly say that the experience that I had was wonderful. My salesperson named Ed was great. I absolutely loved my experience with my salesman Eduard Pol. However, my overall experience with Gettel Stadium Toyota was extremely unpleasant! Had it not been for Eduardo’s professional and friendly cust Pol. However, my overall experience with Gettel Stadium Toyota was extremely unpleasant! Had it not been for Eduardo’s professional and friendly customer service, I would have not completed my vehicle purchase with this dealership. Specifically, my experience with one of the sales manager, David Izaguirre, was the worst experience I’ve ever had while purchasing a new vehicle. He’s very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and inpatient. He’s not educated on Toyota Lease Returns/Trade In/s. He argued with me the entire time about whether or not I could turn in my old Toyota lease at this location. He refused to even look at it and advised me to take it elsewhere because it was too much of an issue to process. He informed me at least 20x to respond to Lexus to turn it in rather than completing the process at his dealership. After requesting to speak to another manger, it was confirmed that Gettel Stadium Toyota does indeed accept other Toyota leases that are coming to an end. What bothered me most was that when David was informed by the other manager of the incorrect information he was supplying me, he refused to accept responsibility and apologize. Instead, he walked off on me and my family and yelled, “I can’t work with these people anymore”. I’m truly not sure how David holds a management position at this location but I hope his supervisor has a conversation about professionalism and manners with him. I’m truly not happy with the new management that took over this year but I hope things change. Again, my experience with my salesman, Eduard Pol, was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend him to others if you’re looking for a professional, friendly, honest, and hard working car salesman to purchase or lease your next vehicle with. However, be mindful of the sales manager, David Izaguirre. I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience what my family I did with him. More
