I purchased a vehicle from this dealership with Edgar Evans. The contract was for 72 months, 36,000 miles. Most warranties for 72 months is 100,000 miles. I tried having my vehicle towed to Pat Milliken Evans. The contract was for 72 months, 36,000 miles. Most warranties for 72 months is 100,000 miles. I tried having my vehicle towed to Pat Milliken for some warranty work on my vehicle. They said towing to Pat Milliken was not covered. They did cover towing to Suburban Ford. Suburban Ford told us our warranty had expired. They immediately wanted to get us in to another warranty. In the meantime we had to pay $800 for the work on our vehicle. Suburban Ford wanted to give Pat Milliken the chance to right their wrong. Pat Milliken would not assist us in getting another warranty. So we had to purchase another warranty on our own. This is unacceptable! What's really interesting is they're not acknowledging any of our reviews. Very interesting! More
