I’m really disappointed with our recent experience at Larry H. Miller in Surprise. My boyfriend just bought a brand-new 2026 RAM 2500 Warlock — his second truck from this dealership — and it’s honestly b Larry H. Miller in Surprise. My boyfriend just bought a brand-new 2026 RAM 2500 Warlock — his second truck from this dealership — and it’s honestly been nothing but stress since the sale. During the buying process, the salesperson was calling and texting nonstop. But once the deal was done, all communication stopped. He reached out daily for 11 days with no response — completely ignored. Then the brand-new truck started having electrical and idle problems almost immediately. He brought it in like they told him to, but was left without a vehicle, no loaner, no rental, no help. For over two weeks, nothing. It’s frustrating to see a loyal customer spend $70,000 and be treated like he doesn’t matter once the sale is done. A new truck should come with excitement and support — not silence and stress. Hopefully management takes this seriously, because customers deserve better after putting that kind of trust and money into a purchase. More

I can go into the nightmare that I had just experienced 20 minutes before at a previous dealership, Larry Miller Volkswagen in Avondale, but that'll be another review that should be negative 10 Stars! But what I can tell you is that Edgar treated me the way you would want any auto salesman to treat you! There was no pressure, there was understanding, and I will have to say there was a compassion from him to give the best service to people. I did not expect to buy this vehicle tonight, but I am glad that I did. I found the deal I was looking for, but the most important part was finding the right salesman! If you happen to find yourself looking for a vehicle, and you happen to find yourself here, speak to Edgar, he will treat you with respect, no pressure, and an absolute willingness to do what's best for you! Service was good. Salesman was good, wasn’t 100% honest but what can you expect from a dealership.
