I ordered my Kia Telluride 4/4/2022. I was leary about putting down a deposit, but I was assured there would be no dealer markup on my order. Jimmy Greene was fantastic about my texting off and on to check on status. Although it did take 13 months and 1 day (Kia factorys fault, not the dealer), I did pickup my new 2023 telluride today. As promised no markups. I even was surprised that I was given a fair market trade in on my vehicle. They were honest and delivered exactly as promised. Shout out also to the sales manager (sorry forgot her name) she was very friendly and thanked us also for our purchase, and also Eden the paperwork guy was not pushy when it came to asking about extra warranties etc. The whole team was excellent. Go see Jimmy Greene (there are 2 Jimmy's ask for Greene!) for your next purchase! More

He showed me everything I needed to know about my new Telluride and made sure I was comfortable with it. He showed me how to do services in the future and introduced me to the one over that department. I cannot say enough about this entire team. I even met the owner who was admiring my Dark Moss ;-). He is a really nice guy. You can't go wrong going to Van Griffith. I will definitely go here again and I am picky. More
