My experience at White Plains Honda was outstanding! I traded in my 2022 Honda Passport for a new HRV and after driving the car home I realized it wasn't the car for me. I was extremely unhappy with the I traded in my 2022 Honda Passport for a new HRV and after driving the car home I realized it wasn't the car for me. I was extremely unhappy with the purchase of my new vehicle until I reached out to the General Sales Manager - Eddy Santos. I explained the situation to him and he was so helpful, that he brought me back into the dealership the same day and took in my HRV after having it for a week and put me into a new 2024 Honda Passport. The outstanding crew between Eddy Santos and Patsy Onorino making me feel at home and making the situation that I had painless. I couldn't thank the both of them enough for the hard work and effort they put in to make me feel comfortable in my new car and make the process simple. I was in and out of the dealership super fast! The atmosphere at White Plains Honda is amazing ... I am recommending White Plains Honda to all family and friends & to see Eddy Santos and Patsy Onorino for the best car purchasing experience More

Moreover, the dealership workers, provide fake names and business cards. This dealership runs a full circle scam-the worst customer experience anyone should have. If you want be fooled, this is the best place to go to. More
