I bought my car at Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills and have had my car serviced here in the past. Although there are dealers closer to me (Glendale and Longo), I prefer to have my car serviced at Jim Fal have had my car serviced here in the past. Although there are dealers closer to me (Glendale and Longo), I prefer to have my car serviced at Jim Falk Lexus because of their excellent care and customer service. I was especially impressed by Robert Galvez, my Service Consultant. Thank you! More

I brought my car in because I had a problem with the headlight. Eddie knew immediately what the problem was, and an airbag problem was diagnosed. A loaner was ready and waiting, and my car was finished headlight. Eddie knew immediately what the problem was, and an airbag problem was diagnosed. My wife and I have used Eddy Chavarria of Jim Falk Lexus for years and have been extremely pleased with him. He is always prepared and helpful; in sum, he gives excellent service. I have dealt with Jim Falk Lexus for 19 years and have been very satisfied with the quality of Lexus automobiles. The disclosure of the numerous recalls by Toyota of their automobiles raised serious questions in my mind, but the issues seem to have been resolved by the DOT investigation. More

Use Jim Falk for my Lexus service. Eddie is my service rep and he is the best. ALways feel like he treats me fairly and keeps me informed about my repairs. Eddie takes fantastic care of our two IS models. Whether we need a loaner or shuttle service, we're never inconvenienced when we need to bring our cars in.
