If you go and see Jefferey Parham in sales or Ed in finance these two gentleman will take amazing care of you. Buyers beware! Do not shop here. We are from out of state. We saw a newly dropped price on a used Yukon. We called and expressed interest on Saturday and asked to work us up a deal. We were trading a c state. We saw a newly dropped price on a used Yukon. We called and expressed interest on Saturday and asked to work us up a deal. We were trading a car at that time. We waited 7 hours on Monday before getting a trade in price from Mike after calling them over 7 times throughout the day. We wanted to buy the Yukon obviously at their asking price. After receiving their offer on our trade, I declined and told them I would just take the Yukon at their listed price with no trade in. We would put 10k down and finance the rest. We got kickback over and over like they didn’t want us to buy. After more phone calls the used manager, Eddie, finally sent us a price breakdown. They were charging us for a $1700 Napleton Platinum experience and a $499 gps tracker. This being a terrible experience from the beginning was far from a platinum experience. It is an optional warranty per a finance guy with their company at another store. I won’t name him because he was the only helpful person we spoke with. We were trying to drive 10 hours and pay their asking price. We were told by this store that this was not optional and they were tacking it on because they were losing so much on the vehicle already after sitting there 131 days. The GM Alex said they would lose the deal over it if we didn’t want to pay for it. This is a sorry way of doing business and I recommend you go elsewhere. I would love for the owners to have been involved and seen how shady this deal was. This is false advertising and terrible customer service. I hope this message reaches someone who cares. I have text, emails, and voice calls documenting sale prices from the beginning with no mention of adding on over 2k worth of mandatory charges once it’s time to pay, therefore, this is not slander or falsely accusing anyone of anything. These are facts. I plan to post this on their page and anywhere else everyday so no one gets this type of treatment.. More
