I arrived at the dealership and met a young salesman. I knew what I wanted to see, I had been on their website and I printed a picture of the truck and I gave it to the salesman. They didn’t jerk me around and the finance guy didn’t try to sell me forty things I didn’t want. The dealership delivered the truck to my house later that day. Lastly the finance department Mr Kim... was somewhat insulting when I told him I didn't need the added items services stating WOW, just Wow. Frankly Mr Kims comments will keep my from buying another vehicle from Shottenkirk. Other than that it was a solid transaction. More
