I bought a car from (Toyota of N Miami) in late March 2024, brought the car to service the first time it rained and noticed water all over the driver side floor mat (April 2024). They took the vehicle in and told me the issue was fixed and this was a well known with the Rave4. They misdiagnosed the issue and problem still exists. Came back for a third time and they are refusing to honor their warranty and take ownership of their problem. Car was a gift to my mother and ended as the worst buying experience ever. Last Friday the ( Warranty manager agreed & promised to take care of the issue in front of two other colleagues, the service advisor and the gentleman next to him) but going back on his words. If this was a mechanical issue it would have been my responsibility although this is not the case at all, Used deceptive business practice to sell me a car with a water/rain leak issue knowingly. Also there is no way for me to know the car had this issue when buying it. I have spoken with sales and the service manages there, no progress. Total mess as a dealer, no accountability on management's part. Complete fraud as well, will be in touch with dealer regulators, my car have been at their shop since 13 days now, no fix!!! (2021 Rav4, known issue with that vehicle but they keep selling them, not fix and collecting from financial institutions on people's credit, fraud!) More

If i could leave 0 stars i would. Had a horrible first time experience with what would have been my first toyota purchase. Searched for the right vehicle, called to check it was available, made the online time experience with what would have been my first toyota purchase. Searched for the right vehicle, called to check it was available, made the online application process to save time at the dealer and when i arrived, the sales person was kind and polite to show me the vehicle and then proceeded to discuss the deal. To my surprise the rates being offered through their financial department were not only outrageous but borderline aiming to take advantage of me. To their surprise, i had already been approved by another lender before going to the dealer with an excellent rate, so when i mentioned this they proceeded to offer me the out the door price to get the deal done, only that it was over 5000$ higher than the paperwork and online application because they said they needed to mark up the vehicle for demand. This was at 8pm on a tuesday night with not a single person in the lot. When i asked to speak with finance a guy named Eddie who i must highlight has absolutely zero clue what customer service is, when asked about the mark up sarcastically held his laugh and responded “yes i made a mistake, it should have been 10,000$”. I dont know how a person like this can hold a position to deal with customers in general, absolute lack of professionalism, manners and customer appreciation. Mind me, i used a system they provide to make the process easier, to which i made my calculations and organized a budget to buy the car, but instead they dont take it into consideration and said the prices online are not correct. He couldve easily sold another vehicle on a slow night but instead decided to be rude and attempt to rip me off. This was my first experience with toyota after owning multiple vehicles of all kinds and i have never had this situation before. Zero stars. More

Bought a camry 3 weeks ago and had to return it that week because the transmission wouldn't shift into 2nd gear easily. I assumed that was a good deal until... i was told the seats have just been cleaned and are wet. They told me to ride with the windows down omw home. When i got home i realized i got ripped off for the 2nd time because the car did not have any a/c, the bumber was falling off, and the keys don't lock/unlock the door .. i wanna help the next person out by giving my experience.. 1/10 More

Two weeks later I received a text from the supervisor Eddie Flores telling me he's going to report the car stolen if I did not bring the car back. 1 week after returning the car I still haven't received my refund. I went to another dealership, purchased the same car 1 year newer, $4,500 cheaper and got financed within an hour. More
