Everyone was helpful! The system they are given to work with is quite cumbersome. Not a big deal but somewhat annoying, one would think once you are in the system the basic information would "seed" over. More

I needed 'check engine light' diagnosis and fix in order to smog my car. You did not diagnose the problem,,, but rather gave me a $6500 estimate to change out my wire harness and pull out my engine to repla to smog my car. You did not diagnose the problem,,, but rather gave me a $6500 estimate to change out my wire harness and pull out my engine to replace a leaking head-gasket!!! And weren't even sure if that would solve the 'check engine light' issue. Really? Do you actually think anyone would go for this? I finally found a mechanic who was willing to chase down the problem, and a month later my car is successfully smogged - and I didn't have to spend $6500. I consider going to you guys like being 'thrown to the wolves'. You are scary. More
