You spend a lot of time in a dealership and Lou made that time quite enjoyable. It was like buying a car from a family member. My only issue was being offered to test drive a vehicle that at first seemed like a likely purchase but then circumstances with the bank changed and financially it would not have made sense to purchase the vehicle.. I would have preferred not to have driven the vehicle as I liked it quite a bit. However I do not believe this had any reflection on Lou or Eddie the manager. All in all, it was a productive visit and I do recommend these guys if you're in the market for a vehicle. More

They helped us get financing quickly and understood our financial situation. While we were waiting they offered us coffee, water and snacks and made us feel relaxed. We highly recommend Pine Belt Cadillac because they are the best. When we need our next vehicle, we will definitely go back. What a great team of guys Allen B. was my sales associate. He was a pleasure to deal with it. It was very helpful with helping find a nice car for my husband.
