Usual Trickery and Lying with Lack of Respect for Customers I spoke with Steve Marzo about a car that I was interested in and got initial quote that looked favorable to me and I scheduled time with Steve who to I spoke with Steve Marzo about a car that I was interested in and got initial quote that looked favorable to me and I scheduled time with Steve who told me that his manager Eddie Castillo will be onsite after 1:00 PM and I should come in after that. I called in again to confirm that Steve knew I was coming from a different state and he acknowledged. My intention was to do the pricing and paperwork on a car that was scheduled to arrive later at this dealership and I was willing to put a deposit. Upon driving almost 2 hours, we get there and Steve tells me Eddie didn't realize we were coming from a different state and didn't account for difference in taxes although he had told him about my situation. Eddie comes over and says he didn't even know I was coming to the dealership. Absolutely ridiculous for someone to waste my work day into just getting me to come to the dealership. If you are looking for a car, look at other dealerships that have better reviews than these guys. The actual service is worst than what the reviews say. More

Stay away from this dealership. Worst experience ever. I was in a market for new car and called this dealership. I drove over 2hrs just to have the manager tell me "i didn't know you were coming today". I I was in a market for new car and called this dealership. I never felt pressured and I enjoyed coming in joking with the "crew". We finally settled on a vehicle and I am more than HAPPY with my purchase.
