Service was fast and they kept me informed on the progress. I had a break down and the Ford roadside service was stellar. They took my truck to a dealer in Chattanooga and they said it would be two weeks until I had a break down and the Ford roadside service was stellar. I called Eddie Ackerman and he sent a wrecker to get my truck and take it to Cleveland Ford which is where I purchased it. They quickly diagnosed and fixed my truck under warranty. They contacted me several times to keep me updated on the progress and where we stood in the process. I would definitely use them again to purchase a vehicle and have my warranty work performed. Great Place to Buy a Truck! I have been looking for a Ford Transit Van and was wanting one with a window in the side door, you wouldn't think that would be hard to find, it isn I have been looking for a Ford Transit Van and was wanting one with a window in the side door, you wouldn't think that would be hard to find, it isn't they are out there but then when you want a couple other things on it.
