It's been a minute since I was there, but I'm going back in for service soon, and came onto the site to make sure he works there still. Eddie worked through my repair options, explained what was wrong in laymans terms for me, and was extremely patient, because I needed it spelled out like I am 5 years old. I still like to know everything being done, even if I am not mechanical. I left feeling secure that your dealership knows what they are doing. I wish I had the mechanic's name to give them 5 stars too. I had issues at the dealer I bought from in Plymouth (not Suburban) which led to me find your dealership. Let's just say they are not personable when asked questions. More
