Experience was pretty good overall. Sales person was not much help and didn’t know much about their product. Worst part was my Jeep was missing and A/C vent accessory and was supposed Sales person was not much help and didn’t know much about their product. I cannot say enough about Monrovia Jeep! I bought my car here and they were the absolute best! After exhausting my efforts going to every dealership in LA County, Art went above and beyond t I bought my car here and they were the absolute best! After exhausting my efforts going to every dealership in LA County, Art went above and beyond to get me the car that I wanted. During the time that it was in the dealership for a recall, I got evacuated from the fires and did not even know if my house had survived. Upon hearing this, Javier made sure my car got fixed right away so I could relocate to my cabin in the San Bernadino Mountains. I am also incredibly grateful that they made sure I had a rental car to get me around town while my car was being worked on. It was that extra care that allowed me to have a car to load up with belongings as I was quickly evacuated. Now, none of us knew all of this was going to happen, but it just goes to show how their small gestures of customer care made a world of difference. Thank you, Monrovia Jeep!! More
