We recently purchased a 2022 GMC Terrain from this dealership. Having experienced a few different dealerships over the years, I have to say this was hands down the most positive experience I've ever h dealership. I inquired online about the Terrain, and he emailed me with info almost right away. He didn't call or text dozens of times, or try to pressure us. He was friendly and sincere, and listened to what we wanted and what our budget was, all of which we appreciated. My vehicle was in brand new condition inside and out, with very low mileage, and was a great deal. Trumansburg is a small, quiet dealership with a big selection of vehicles. They presented us with a lot of loan options. They cleaned my vehicle and filled it with gas. The whole car buying process was about 4 hrs. Well worth the drive out there, and I'm very happy with my purchase. I'd recommend Mcguire to anyone, and will definitely return when purchasing again. Thanks again, Zak!! More

Third truck I bought off McGuire Chevy Trumansburg second from Zach Percy and the first with Jamie Owens ais the sales manager. My poor mother who doesn’t know much about cars bought a lemon from these jerks and they would not help her fix the issues the car came with. Who sells a car with no radio in 2023?? Also one of the tires ha lemon from these jerks and they would not help her fix the issues the car came with. Who sells a car with no radio in 2023?? Also one of the tires had a slow leak and they not only took weeks to get a new tire in but once she finally brought it all the way there to get it fixed and waited over an hour for it to be fixed because they supposedly have no loaner cars when they sell cars with issues, but when she drove away the abs and traction lights came right on and they “don’t know why” so she’s being forced to sit there for god knows how much longer. They also never told her they wouldn’t fix the radio and whatever else was wrong with it, they let her bring it all the way there thinking it was going to be fixed only to let her down in person. It’s a 40 minute drive there for my mother. This place is nasty. Buyers beware. They also refused her a refund on the car once these issues they refused to correct came to light, despite it being less than 30 days since she’s purchased the car. More
