Royal knowingly sold my son a vehicle with a bad compressor. To make matters worse the General Sales Manager refuses to even speak with us about the issue. DON'T GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They will sell you a broken vehicle, then tell you they would fix the problem after lying about what the problem is. When you try to call them they won't answer, and if y broken vehicle, then tell you they would fix the problem after lying about what the problem is. After a month of not being able to drive the vehicle you think you're purchasing because it's still broken, and you decide you don't want to purchase a broken car anymore, they will keep your down payment and say it's your fault that you purchased a broken vehicle.
