Bait and Switch tactics I'm not sure why I expected it, but for some reason I thought a premium car brand just might include a premium car sales experience. Not so today. I'm not sure why I expected it, but for some reason I thought a premium car brand just might include a premium car sales experience. Not so today. First - Ed Molina took care of my test drive and car questions in a professional manner - no complaints from this portion of the experience. Second - despite receiving some 2019 RDX leasing information up-front, these numbers were firmly in the "bait-and-switch" category. The initial numbers I was presented with on-site were over $100 a month more expensive and even after multiple "reworks" - the final numbers never came anywhere close. They "worked with me" to bump the value of my trade-in - but in doing so tacked on over $3000 in extra cost over the life of the lease by cranking up the Money Factor (interest rate) and final sale price of the vehicle. In other words - they didn't increase their offer on my trade at all - instead shifted the cost into the other portions of the lease. This work was all done through Rafael Almonte. If you want up front and transparent numbers throughout the process - I recommend choosing a different location. More

Trade In and Purchase a New Car I recently traded in my car and purchased a new one from Sunnyside. Claude The people that work there are great. Ed was our sell’s man, he was curtius and made sure that everything went smoothly. It was a used car, they made The people that work there are great. The car had only one key and told them that I must have a second key. They worked with and got me a second key. I have to say I had a very good experience with the Sunnyside Acura and i will definitely be going back there for my next new car. More

He guided us through the process since we changed our minds over what we were initially intending to buy. He was not at all pushy or anxious for us to make a decision as to the model we would choose. Car buying can be a very stressful and pressuring process. This was our first experience with dealing with Sunnyside, and I must say it was a very pleasant one! I would definitely recommend them, and especially Ed, to everyone we know. More

Will continue to go back to Sunnyside After going there for two years of service on our MDXs, it was time to trade them in for two "new to us" MDXs. I have to say that our team at Sunnysi After going there for two years of service on our MDXs, it was time to trade them in for two "new to us" MDXs. I have to say that our team at Sunnyside exceeded the high expectations they already set for themselves. - Before the decision to trade-in, Ray Hebert in service went the extra mile to work with Acura corporate to negotiate the lowest possible cost to repair one of our older MDXs. - We ultimately decided to tradeiin the vehicles (for personal reasons), and Ed Molina and Milo Rizhallah were very professional salespeople. First, they were very reasonable and courteous during the negotiating process. Then they worked very hard to make sure every detail was taken care of before pickup. - Back to Ray in service - during the purchase of the two "new" cars, Ray came out twice to look at issues we had questions about. He jumped right in to either answer the questions or remedy the issues. Both MDXs were in amazing shape out of his service department when we picked them up. - Finally, buying a car is not done until you work with the finance department. Idrissa Niang was extremely straightforward and helpful through what can otherwise be an arduous process. Overall - great job by the whole team. Our decision to buy at Sunnyside after being pleased with their service department was definitely the right way to go. Very happy. More
