I have had many vehicles over my lifetime and I do my homework prior to walking into the showroom so I don't appreciate being treated as if I don't know what I am talking about. Ed has a great demeanor and attitude which is not common in salesrooms today. Ed also personalizes the experience sharing great stories about his precious granddaughter. He checks in with us over time and always has time for us when we stop in for service. It's called trust. More
