I leased a 2014 Ford Escape which is my second lease with Phil Long Ford. Ed Lussier was my sales person. He was excellent to work with. He was kind, respectful, and did not try to pressure us at all. Instead, he listened to what we wanted, what we currently had, and what would fit our needs. He reviewed all figures over the phone so there would not be any surprises. When I went to close the deal and pick up the vehicle, he had most of the paperwork ready so we did not have to spend much time there. Once everything was completed, he went over all of the new features in the vehicle with us which was a great help. We had a really good experience with him and would go back again. I will definitely recommend this dealership and Ed to any of my friends who might be looking for a vehicle. More

I was a return customer a week ago and had a horrible experience! I was ready to tell the world not to go to Phil Long Ford. I even took the car back. Then Diana and Ed reached out to me and apologized sincerely for all the issues that I had experienced with them. I worked with Ed and Diana originally when I purchased a couple of years ago. I will ONLY work with Ed Lussier from now on. He has been at PLF for 20 years, and he is so honest and straight forward and truly cares about his clients experience. Diana is equally direct and such a refreshing change from what you expect to find at a car dealership. Love them both! I would highly recommend Ed Lussier at Phil Long Ford. More
