Disapointing. I shopped a 2015 Camry with this dealership, I asked for the same discount that I saw online for Camrys in Atlanta. They said they'd come close, but s I shopped a 2015 Camry with this dealership, I asked for the same discount that I saw online for Camrys in Atlanta. They said they'd come close, but since they don't charge the same $800 doc fee as they do n Atlanta, they couldn't match it exactly. I said ok, lets see what you can do. So they showed a price that had almost the same discount. But the bottom line was still wrong. It turns out that they added a mysterious $1000 or so admin fee to the MSRP, in addition to the $400 doc fee. That's right, they tried to have me pay $1400 to process my purchase, while telling me how Atlanta dealerships are over charging the document fee. Then they tried to hide it in the MSRP. What a bunch of lie in your face crooks. What tipped me off is that the sales manager asked me to verify the numbers 3 times. The first time I thought he was being professional, the second time I knew something was up, and by the third time I had figured it out. They also low balled me $3000 on my trade assessment. So I went to Bondy's in Enterprise, right of the bat, I got what I wanted for my trade, which was what I owed on it. With some haggling I also got the deal I was looking for on the 2015 Camry. This was back in April; I surprisingly found myself in the market again in late May when I got an offer I could not refuse on my 2006 sedan. I ended up buying a 2015 Corolla from Bondy's by walking in and making an offer compared to what I saw online. There was minimal b.s. and haggling, we came to an agreement and I bought my second car from them in 3 months. The irony for Toyota of Dothan, is that they called me after I had agreed to buy the 2015 Camry from Bondy's; and gave a price that I would have accepted on day 1. But by then I would have never .. ever bought from them, and they lost the sale on two cars from me. More

Salesman Ed Lewis, along with managers Woodrow Dean and Brian Preston, all exhibited true customer service!!! We were approached with smiles, a friendly, family atmosphere and eagerness to make sure all of our needs were met! There was no pressure for us to make a quick purchase, instead we were treated with respect, kindness and a very professional and caring attitude. Ed is truly an amazing and outstanding salesman!! You could tell he has pride in his job and interest in pleasing his customers. He is well informed, very knowledgeable of Toyota features, service recommendations and went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable with the new 2014 Avalon we purchased. He is an important asset to the Toyota Corporation as well as Toyota of Dothan Dealership. On a scale of 1 to 10, we would rank Ed a 10 plus!!!!! We would certainly recommend Ed, Woodrow and Brian to any of our friends or family and would like to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent customer service we experienced!! More

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Toyota of Dothan despite being slightly stressed about having to purchase a new vehicle. Furthermore, Mr. Edward Lewis made purchasing a new vehicle a pleasure! He wa despite being slightly stressed about having to purchase a new vehicle. Furthermore, Mr. Edward Lewis made purchasing a new vehicle a pleasure! He was very informative, professional, and kind. He assisted me in narrowing down the selection based on my budget and needs. With his help, I was able to settle on MY Toyota Prius! I took the car for a test drive, and Mr. Lewis informed me of all the details on the car. My son was purchasing the car for me, so I was extremely uneasy when the time came to make the final decision. Mr. Lewis and other Toyota personnel were understanding of my situation as a mother and allowed me leave the dealership to collect myself. I was impressed that everyone was so accommodating. Once my son and I returned, we concluded the paperwork, and I left on my new car! Overall, I had a wonderful experience! We have had credit problems in the past, and knew we would have a hard time getting a vehicle financed, but really needed one. Mr. Holly and Mr. Lewis went out of their way to find us a vehicle that we would have a hard time getting a vehicle financed, but really needed one. Mr. Holly and Mr. Lewis went out of their way to find us a vehicle that we could afford and still not be afraid to get out on the road to drive. My husband is handicapped, diabetic and hadn't eaten that day, so he really got weak, both these men went someplace and found him some food. I think we have made friends for life with these two men and Mr. Steve Barry. Mr. Barry won us over fast by being a big Bama fan! Roll Tide! Andy was by far the best salesman to work with. I had all the numbers figured out and a xxxx of a deal. Drove 3 hours to pick up my new truck and all I had to do was sign the papers. I can tell Andy is all the numbers figured out and a xxxx of a deal. Drove 3 hours to pick up my new truck and all I had to do was sign the papers. I can tell Andy is a busy man so he set me up with Ed for the test drive and final stuff. No problems whatsoever and easiest haggle process so far. Andy beat USAA's price and some. More

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. No pressure tactics. Everyone answered all of our questions and concerns. Heath was our primary contact. I've always been a bowtie guy but, after seeing the Tundra commercials, I decided to go and check them out before buying. I'm so glad I did. The Tundra is the man-beast of pickups. Massive power, comfortable ride, legendary longevity and an insanely tight turn radius sold me. My salesman Ed was fantastic, pointing out all the great qualities of the Tundra on a top notch test drive. Once back at the dealership we talked price and though we were a little apart, we did find the middle ground we needed for everyone to be happy with the deal. Can't say enough about Toyota of Dothan, Ed Lewis and my bad boy Tundra. More
