When I contacted Crestmont Hyundai I requested Ryan Jones, Was told he doesn’t work here anymore. They sent Justin Brown. I told him I wanted a 2025 Hyundai Venue SEL Mirage green with convenience pack Jones, Was told he doesn’t work here anymore. They sent Justin Brown. I told him I wanted a 2025 Hyundai Venue SEL Mirage green with convenience package. I wanted the Blue Link and the Navigation. I drove 2 hours to get a vehicle similar to what I wanted. Never got to go over the vehicle till we signed all the papers. I trusted them! Then I told Justin there are black dots all over the car, he said it was called “Road FOD, from being on the transport truck.” And then he abandoned us on the lot. At home I tried to get the stuff off the paint and it would not come off! I took it to one guy that wanted $4000 to do it. I’m went to another guy and he wanted $2000 so Narvil paid for it the dealership General Manager! However I am out of a car for 3 days and we have medical appointments and errands to do. On the finance manager, I’m not usually one to judge, but she was either drunk or having a stroke, she was slurring her words and all she was worried about was getting her and Justin a good review. There were no concerns for us just the ratings! When we bought a car off of Ryan Jones he was great in every aspect. When i popped the hood on my new car it looked like it was in a sandstorm. Whoever cleaned the inside smeared grease or an armor all type substance on parts of the dash like it was in their fingers and wiped some places. The finance manager has us worried about our state taxes and our registration. She said the company that does it is xxxx! Now 3 days with no car. Then the guy finance manager told us our payment would be July 7 and the 7th of each month and the lady changed it to now it’s June 24th which would be a mess for the way I get paid. Everything said was different when we came! That was a two hour drive and tolls there and then two hours back and tolls. I am the President of the Hyundai World Motor club with 18 million Members and the n 2019 I started and am the President of the Hyundai Venue Club which has about 2.5 million American Members. I am holding back on writing my review to our members as I feel many issues still need to be addressed and maybe they could be worked out! The dealership felt more like a morgue as everyone looked depressed. What happened? Find the break down and fix it! Justin spent 35 minutes trying to hook out blue link account up only to find out my vehicle doesn’t not have the blue link and navigation. Here I traded in a limited for an SEL and I was told “the only difference is there are not heated seats in the SEL. My main reason for the purchase was the lifetime navigation and blue link. And the finance manager wanted to sell me an extra package to protect that stuff. They didn’t even know it was not available! I did get the color and the SEL. But I left disappointed. I have my masters from Notre Dame in business, in a month I will have my PHd in Business. I would not run my business this way. More

Had a great experience with sales consultant David Gerber and General Sales Manager Novell Todd. Working with them was easy and they were very fair. When it came time to purchase the new car a few days late and General Sales Manager Novell Todd. Working with them was easy and they were very fair. When it came time to purchase the new car a few days later, they even adjust the price and loan rate based on recent Hyundai offers. I did have a bad experience with financial manager Ed Koziol. He was very unprofessional and disrespectful to me during our interactions. He was even eating popcorn in front of me as he was explaining the various loan rates. Norvell came over and apologized profusely and then worked with me to complete the transaction. I sincerely appreciate Norvell’s help along with the professionalism of David Gerber. They more than made up for my bad experience and behavior of Ed from finance. More
