60,000 mile service Went in for 60,000 miles service. Ended up needing front brakes and tires as well. Service was done and brakes replaced in a timely fashion. Was given a loaner car while car was being worked on. After my last service disaster encounter (starter had to be replaced and the car was only 3 years old), this experience was more pleasant. Reece Hancock is an AWFUL person to deal with. I didn't buy my last 2 cars from this dealership because of his nasty, condescending attitude. More

Car is great but different information I absolutely love the car that I left with, but I feel very misled and unclear with my car payments due to the differing information from finance and I absolutely love the car that I left with, but I feel very misled and unclear with my car payments due to the differing information from finance and sales. I felt guilted into getting gap insurance, and was told two different things about changing my payment in a year. One said I could lower my payments a lot and another said they have no idea why I was told that. Very misled and honestly am not sure if I even got the best deal. This was my first buying experience and it truly was not the best first impression. More

Friendly and helpful for the most part I was disappointed that my brand new vehicle had to be put in the shop almost immediately due to the air conditioner not working. And was not happy t I was disappointed that my brand new vehicle had to be put in the shop almost immediately due to the air conditioner not working. And was not happy that I was given a loaner vehicle with only 1/4 tank of gas in it. But I was pleased with the friendly service I received outside of that. More
