Everyone working at this dealership was incredibly professional, courteous and nothing but helpful...especially Ed Hayes and his manager Bob Keogh. Other dealerships should learn from this that it's all about making the experience as professionally accommodating and painless for the end customer and hey, a sense of humor can go a long way in making the car buying experience much more pleasurable than many have experienced in the past. The entire process was very done very quickly and as I was going to leave, it was detected that the battery seemed somewhat weak. This was our 4th time leasing a vehicle at this dealership. Everyone is really friendly and accommodating. We ended leasing a Rav4 which I love. I went in thinking of a camry but the receptionist s dealership. Everyone is really friendly and accommodating. We ended leasing a Rav4 which I love. I went in thinking of a camry but the receptionist suggested the Rav4 because she has one and loves it. Once I drove it I knew that's what I wanted. We worked with Ed who couldn't have been nicer. He even let us test drive during a snowstorm. This dealership will be getting our business for a long time. More
