Had a great conversation with Ed today at the dealership as my Titan was in for service. Ed took a good 10-15 minutes out of his day to chat with me about the dealership and my satisfaction with the experi as my Titan was in for service. Ed took a good 10-15 minutes out of his day to chat with me about the dealership and my satisfaction with the experiences I've had there over the past 3+ years. Hart Nissan has done a fantastic job maintaining my vehicle since purchasing it there in June 2021. The purchase was a great experience as well, something you don't always hear about a dealership experience. I can understand why I'm so satisfied by the customer service I've received over these past years after speaking with Ed. He sets a tone, and the tone is very apparent across the organization, from sales, to finance, to service, and parts. Thank you for the conversation today Ed, I appreciate it, I appreciate you, and I appreciate Hart Nissan's efforts. More

I purchased my 2021 Nissan Titan Pro4X from Hart Nissan of NOVA back in June 2021 and couldn't be happier with that purchase or the follow-on service I've received over the past 3+ years. I brought the tr of NOVA back in June 2021 and couldn't be happier with that purchase or the follow-on service I've received over the past 3+ years. I brought the truck into to the dealership today (9/14/24) for scheduled service and couldn't be happier with the experience, once again. The service assistant Aki was great, took care of the check in process efficiently and had my vehicle in the back quickly. The service mechanic did a great job and had me out the door in short order, maybe an hour and a half max. Today I was blessed to have a conversation with the owner, a wonderful man named Ed, and was able to express to him personally how much I appreciate his team and business. He gave me 10 minutes out of his busy day and it was refreshing. To those who find that strange, maybe you need to find a better dealership, one where the owner sets the tone for how the business will operate, treat its customers, and lives it every day. Thank you Ed for another great experience. I have NEVER had a bad experience with Hart Nissan in all these years, whether for a recall service or like today, service to make sure my vehicle remains in tip-top shape. I've probably brought the vehicle into them 5-6 times for reference, had multiple service assistants, multiple service technicians, and every time, excellent technical and customer service. I particularly appreciate their focus on the customer service part, as I am a customer service professional myself, Hart has always gone above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my experience, and I have always been satisfied by their work. Great job once again Hart. Thank you! More

When we were finalizing the payment for the car, you assured us that the existing issues with the vehicle would be addressed. Trusting your word, we completed the full payment. However, when we returned assured us that the existing issues with the vehicle would be addressed. Trusting your word, we completed the full payment. However, when we returned on Monday as instructed, my husband was informed that an additional payment of around $400 would be required to fix an issue that had previously been described as a minor adjustment. This was particularly disappointing, especially since we were still within the three-day trade-in period when we reported the car’s problems, including our concerns about the airbag light and the sunroof. Given the amount we paid, and the fact that we did not negotiate a lower price, we expected the vehicle to be free of these unresolved issues, as we trusted in the quality that Nissan is known for. Unfortunately, we are not fully satisfied with our purchase or the treatment we received during this process. More

After visiting 4 dealerships in search of my perfect car, Hart Nissan of NOVA was by far the best. We arrived at 8:40 PM, and despite their closing time of 9 PM, Ever Mendez and the team stayed past midnight Hart Nissan of NOVA was by far the best. We arrived at 8:40 PM, and despite their closing time of 9 PM, Ever Mendez and the team stayed past midnight to assist us with test drives, negotiations, and paperwork. They went above and beyond, making my husband and I feel right at home throughout the entire process. The exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere truly set them apart. I highly recommend Hart Nissan of NOVA for anyone looking for a great car-buying experience! More
