I had the pleasure of working with Ashley, Paul, Steve, and Ed. Each of them helped in different ways, but they worked seamlessly as one team. This was my first time leasing an electric vehicle, and they spent over an hour walking me through everything to make sure I felt confident and informed.
If you're thinking of going to Honda North—do it! You won't be disappointed.

I had done my research before walking in. Ed, did not pressure me nor try to up sell. I know what I wanted for what price and he put me in touch with

Hello.
I came in on an invitation from Mr. Steve Neidig, One of the managers to explore my options for the end of the Lease. I was HUMILIATED, ridiculed and put down by this individual. I was literally shaking when came out of the place. He ridiculed my Gender when my purse fell down, told me that I am lier in No certain words when I told him things I was promised 3 years ago when started this Lease. I was left to wait for a really long time, when approached to ask, he said “Calm down”, Time out” like if I was a child. I hardly said 2 words in a normal voice as he made me feel like I was hysterical. My current car was Leased ( via extreme pushy salesman) 3 years ago and I waited for it to end to Buy a new car. I offered and kept asking about a sale, but he kept pushing for 36 months Lease, ignoring my wishes completely. I offered to pay cash for a new car, but no, it HAS to be Lease only according to Mr. Steve N or purchasing my current used car since its “another way of owning”. My friend who came with me was outraged hearing all of this, a Woman being treated this way.
If a management has any questions I welcome it, since the described above is just a small part of extremely negative Experience. I leased/bought many cars in my life, but had never dealt with this way.
