Regular Service Visit I visited Al Hendrickson Toyota for a 10000 mile service. My Service Consultant was Klaus Cobb. Even though I did not have an appointment, Klaus got m I visited Al Hendrickson Toyota for a 10000 mile service. My Service Consultant was Klaus Cobb. Even though I did not have an appointment, Klaus got me right in. He thoroughly explained my service and noticed I had brought a book to read. (Which we discussed briefly) Klaus was extremely attentive and showed me to the waiting area. In what I consider almost record time, he returned and told me my car was ready and again explained what the service had entailed. This is the 3rd Toyota I have leased from this dealership and the service has always been good, Klaus’s attentiveness, friendliness, and professionalism made this service visit an excellent experience.
