were extremely surprised and disappointed by our experience. Our process started over 10 months ago. We ordered a Grand Highlander with a specific configuration. Over the next three months, our salesman, Ebrima Jallow, called numerous times with alternate vehicles that were on the lot. Finally frustrated, we wanted to know when the specific vehicle ordered would arrive. Ebrima admitted he never ordered our car ! On going to the GM we received no satisfaction or apology. Ebrima finally ordered our vehicle after a three month delay. Then the safety hold by Toyota stopped all deliveries on Grand Highlanders for months. Finally our vehicle arrived after 10 months with never an apology from anyone at Maplewood Toyota. Needless to say, we have gone from loyal, long time customers to Never Again !
