I was in the market for a vehicle and was recommended to go see Mark Taylor at Heritage from my brother Parker. He said go see Mark Taylor because he is the best. Mark and the team were very friendly, knowl go see Mark Taylor at Heritage from my brother Parker. He said go see Mark Taylor because he is the best. Mark and the team were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The staff was very patient, answered all my questions regarding the EV. Even though it wasn't my first choice, Calvin provided expert advice on the vehicle. Most of all, the customer service that I received from Mark was amazing. He stayed late to make sure I knew how to work everything on my EV and even called me 2 times later in the week to make sure I was still happy with my purchase, and didn't have any more questions. If I'm ever in the market or know someone who is looking for a car, I will send them to Mark and the team. More
