Easton was excellent. However, now, 10 days after I bought my car, the dealership is asking me to pay for a windshield replacement on the lease car I turned in. They drov However, now, 10 days after I bought my car, the dealership is asking me to pay for a windshield replacement on the lease car I turned in. They drove the car, looked it over before we made the deal. It’s a chip they say is too big to repair although we question that. I contacted my insurance about it; they said they will get back to me. They also said ‘, things like this can raise your rates’. (However I doubt this would happen). I Definitely think this should have been settled before my car sale was final. More

Today we bought 2024 RX350 Lexus at Superstition Spring Lexus. We had such great customer service from General Manager Brent Adkisson as this has been our 3rd purchase. We came in to get our 2017 RX350 LEX Lexus. We had such great customer service from General Manager Brent Adkisson as this has been our 3rd purchase. We came in to get our 2017 RX350 LEXUS service for maintenance etc. Before getting service, we decided to take a look on availability of newer vehicles since there were some incentives going on. Easton McIntosh Master Sales Consultant who has been at Lexus 20 years helped us immensely with all the fine details, test drives, and tons of questions we had. We were not looking to buy that day and within a few hours we had our new car. We never got the old car serviced. We want to acknowledged Mr. Easton for his patience, knowledge, and working every little detail in getting the best price for us along with Mr. Adkisson. We also want to recognize the Service Dept too, for always going above and beyond in getting services done, loaners, car washes in a very timely manner.
