When I got it deliver from the dealership the hood and other areas had spots, swirls and look like dust under the clear coat they put on. Earl said he would have it taken care of when I came back the following Friday. They detailed it but in the sun i could not tell it still had the same issues but when i got home and my husband and I looked at it and was still messed up and the windshield inside and out look like someone just swirl a rage around with dirt water. While sales people are generally nice this dealership knows nothing about customer service. Most recently was buying out my lease and was given a specific amount so I could get a bank check. Once there I knows nothing about customer service. Most recently was buying out my lease and was given a specific amount so I could get a bank check. Once there I was told they needed an additional $1500 for taxes. GM basically said the salesman was at fault for inaccurate information- way to support your staff. I feel the amount should have been written off as a check was already done. But no way. The entire process took over two long hours. Other encounters were equally unsatisfying but I won’t continue. I will find a shop in town for future car repairs. More
