However, from the responding email Kyle sent me I knew I had found a salesman who cared about the customer, the product, and the dealership. I received very professional customer service in every email or text. I ordered a truck and understood that it would take a little time. I was kept informed when new information was available and never felt handled by a salesman. On the day I went to pick up my truck, the buying experience was just as good.
