Made an appointment, drove over an hour to find out the vehicle I was there to purchase was in service with issues........ I bought a more expensive truck but they have not paid off my trade yet. They wer vehicle I was there to purchase was in service with issues........ I bought a more expensive truck but they have not paid off my trade yet. They were blowing up my email and phone before I made a purchase. Nothing but crickets after I made a purchase and have an issue. It should not take weeks to pay off a trade in. I don't need a "I'm sorry about your experience message on here please call the GM because no one returns calls." More
