Wood Nissan was professional and courteous throughout our purchase. I was interested in the 2024 Frontiers Quentin our sales representative showed me the different 2024’s on the lot. Crooked as they come. They wasted 1.5 hours trying to haggle me on a used car I was already approved for by my creditor, only to arrive at the amount that was POSTED ONLI They wasted 1.5 hours trying to haggle me on a used car I was already approved for by my creditor, only to arrive at the amount that was POSTED ONLINE for the amount approved by the creditor. Made up b.s. fees, lots of back and forth. An absolute waste of my life. Then it took 2 hours to get the car ready (a car wash) and we drove it off the lot with 2 gallons of gas on it. The salesman, Jeff, tried to add charges I’ve never heard of, then acted like good buddies after wasting time. This dealer is reported all over BBB. If it wasn’t that my son wanted this exact car, I’d have walked away 5 minutes in. More
