This was my second time buying a vehicle without seeing it in person; the first time was over 20 years ago on Ebay... a Dodge Grand Caravan. Oh, how times have changed! I was looking on AutoTrader, Craig it in person; the first time was over 20 years ago on Ebay... a Dodge Grand Caravan. Oh, how times have changed! I was looking on AutoTrader, Craigslist, etc. for a Tesla Model Y. Tesla keeps it pretty simple, and I knew what I wanted. Drive a Dream had a 2023 Red Model Y Long Range AWD with 17k miles, a black interior and an in-service date of 15 months prior. This meant that I had darn near the entire factory warranty! Well, it looked too good to be true, so I started sending emails with questions. My sales associate Reese always responded quickly, which was nice. I believe the vehicle was newish to their inventory, so limited pics were posted. I asked for more pics, later that day I rec'd a large photo dump via email and the website was updated. Of course, things can look good in pics, so Reese followed up my additional questions with several detailed videos, zooming in to what can be "problem areas" on cars: corners, door edges, interior details, etc. They sent over a written proposal and we worked out the deal. My local credit union (35 year member) didn't finance "out of State" cars, so I asked Reese if I could go through them. I submitted an app, and within an hour I was approved by two banks, one of whom I already do business with online (Ally Bank). Drive a Dream offers free shipping; since they're in GA, and I'm in metro Phoenix, AZ, I thought this might be a challenge. Absolutely not; they told me on Christmas Thursday that the car was shipped, and the following Sunday the driver called me at 9am asking if I was ready for my Tesla. Super stoked throughout the entire process, I can't say enough good things about Reese and Khalid in Finance. Both Did What They Said They Would Do, and that means everything to me! I believe that this Model Y will be the perfect car for me and my family for many years, but if my ship does come in, I'll be checking out the various luxury and high end offerings that they carry. I just can't stop looking at Porsche Taycans! Drive a Dream is legit, and fantastic to deal with. Harold More

I have mixed feelings about recommending Drive A Dream. Generally speaking, I got a good deal on a nice car. The customer service that I received was poor and less than honest. Once I paid for the vehi Generally speaking, I got a good deal on a nice car. The customer service that I received was poor and less than honest. Once I paid for the vehicle Drive A Dream failed to follow through on several items that were part of the deal. The vehicle I purchased did not have any of the spare tire parts (lug wrench, jack, etc). Reese, my salesperson promised to get those items for me but had not acquired them when I picked up the vehicle. At that time Sal Amin assured me that would be taken care of. Originally, Drive A Dream planned to deliver the car to me. I called back and asked if I could pick it up instead and made an appointment 2 days out to do that. My salesperson Reese said they would reimburse me for my UBER since they avoided the $200 cost of delivery. When I picked up the car Sal Amin, manager also assured me that I would be mailed a check. I was surprised that when I picked up the car it had not been washed and detailed. It had that sandy feel on the paint from dust, dirt and rain. The mats had been installed over plastic sheeting which should have been removed. There was debris between the mats and the plastic from multiple drivers entering the car. Reese told me that the car would also have a full tank of fuel. It was about 3/4 full. I did not complain about either of these issues. I followed up with Drive A Dream in approximately 2 weeks on the tire change items and reimbursement. At that time I was told to purchase the items needed and they would send me a check for the items as well as UBER reimbursement. We agreed on the price (roughly $140) for the items and I purchased what I needed on line. At this point I was expecting a check for just under $200. I anticipated the check in 3-4 days but I waited another two weeks to follow up. I phoned and spoke with Sal Amir. He said he had been busy and forgot to send the check. He confirmed the amount, my address and said it would be mailed that day. I waited another 3 weeks and I called Sal once again to follow up. He said he did not have any idea what happened but he would make sure to send it to me today. I could hear his keyboard clicking and he said he was handling as we were speaking. Once again he confirmed the amount and my address. Five weeks have passed since my last conversation with Sal. I have not received anything from Drive A Dream and don’t expect anything at this point. It’s really not as much about the money as it is the principle. I value integrity and Drive A Dream lacks that. More

Absolutely Horrible. I was ready to buy a New Tundra. I did my homework and it was exactly what I wanted! I then went by the dealership to test drive it and to see what I I was ready to buy a New Tundra. I did my homework and it was exactly what I wanted! I then went by the dealership to test drive it and to see what I might be able to get for my trade. I provided the pay-off mileage and left it behind as I drove the new truck to be appraised. I mean, I was ready to make a deal. The easiest customer a salesmen could ever have. (btw- I never leave reviews but just had to on this) With my job, I buy new vehicles every other year. Needless to say, I know the process! ;) Thats when it went so far south. My salesman name was Reese. He was absolutely horrible and as rude and arrogant as they come. He refused to go over numbers with me wouldn't send me an estimate unless I completed the application for financing. I did give him an idea as to what my score is. Its well over 750 but he refused to give me any numbers. I told him that he had the price of the vehicle, an appraisal, my score, and even my complete pay-off for that day as well. Absolutely everything one would need to put together an estimate. I explained that I understood it was only an estimate and that i understood its not final but did want at least an idea of what we were looking like. Thats certainly not asking too much considering the transaction size, importance and needless to say " a credit hit"! He continued to say he would not do a thing unless I filled out an app. I (one more time) asked for an estimate and he still refused to give me one. Needless to say, I walked away and will NEVER step back in there again!! Not as long as people like him are servicing valued customers. My experience was horrific to say the least!! Lastly, he did say that the vehicles there are classified as "Lemons" but there is nothing wrong with them. I guess that's why they have New Cars but they are not an OEM dealer for anyone. IDK?? Avoid this place and especially Reese!!! More
