My philosophy here at Luther Brookdale Volkswagen has always been to do my best and provide the best service to my guests. I grew up in small-town Lida(Belarus, Europe) where I graduated from high school and I went to the BSAT University(Minsk, Belarus) and I received my bachelor degree (Electrical Engineer). My career at Volkswagen started in 2018 and has been every bit of amazing, with new opportunities, meeting great customers and working with dedicated and passionate people. I worked in other European countries such as Norway, Denmark, Germany, etc. I enjoy fishing, biking, hiking with my beautiful wife in my spare time

We worked with Rayvon, Stephanie, and Dzmitry. Every one of them treated us like gold and not like a number. Rayvon took our list of the features we were looking for in our new vehicle and found Every one of them treated us like gold and not like a number. Rayvon took our list of the features we were looking for in our new vehicle and found one on your lot that we hadn't noticed. He and Dzmitry worked up a wonderful deal for us. Stephanie loaned us her computer to apply for the loan. Then Dzmitry made one more adjustment to the purchase, and it was a deal. Tony walked us through the financing portion quickly and professionally, and he made us laugh through it all. It was very hard for me to let go of my 2010 VW Golf TDI; this team made sure I was thrilled with my 2024 VW Taos. Thank you, everyone! More

Every interaction at Luther Brookdale Volkswagon has been a pleasure, from my purchase, to 2 scheduled maintenance appointments, and now a damaged tire replacement. When my tire was punctured I initially ca a pleasure, from my purchase, to 2 scheduled maintenance appointments, and now a damaged tire replacement. When my tire was punctured I initially called Dzmitry to get direction on how to handle the repair. Dzmitry is always very helpful and great to work with! Tyler gave me input before my appointment and actually had me come in before the time I scheduled online so he could look at the tire and get the replacement started sooner. Tyler is great to work with. More

I HIGHLY recommend working with Andrea Schneider when purchasing a vehicle. Went to this dealership after a horrible experience at another VW dealership. Andrea was amazing after I was referred to her through an online portal. She worked with me remotely and made sure the atlas w another VW dealership. Andrea was amazing after I was referred to her through an online portal. She worked with me remotely and made sure the atlas we were looking at worked for our growing family. Not only did she find the perfect one, she was able to match the pricing at another dealership WITH upgrades. Finance was fast, with already having all the paperwork ready to go and sign. Never felt pressured to purchase any add ons or upsales. Would purchase here again in a heartbeat. More
