Richard Sims in the Detailed Shop is very good and I appreciate how he helped me. However, I have an unresolved issue. I purchased the vehicle on 12-15-18. The Dealership sent my vehicle to one of your vendors to install leather and window tint. The vehicle was delivered to me on 12-21-18 with the leather interior and tinted windows. When I opened the door I noticed a Toxic smell, that gives me a headache when I drive. I have tried to air out the vehicle, and brought it to the Dealership on 12-24-18 to let several of your personal smell the odor. I was told to keep airing it out. Today is 12-26-18 and when I opened the door of the vehicle this morning, the Toxic smell hit me....... I hope that the Dealership will resolve this issue. More

We left the dealership and told them we would think about it. We came back that afternoon and purchased a 2018 Murano. We appreciated the helpfulness of the salesman, but without feeling intimated or pressured into purchasing a vehicle.
