He understands that life happens and was accommodating to my family’s needs. His communication and attention to details was second to none. This sale was our family’s 6th Lexus so I have some experience with different dealers over multiple states. The trade in went smoothly and I thought it was fair. My post purchase options were clearly explained and not a hammering experience. and the feature and technology guy was helpful and through.
