Their appraisal process is a complete joke, the guy spent a bit over a minute looking at my car and made an offer that was offensive, no way he was a professional appraiser, probably a car wash tech cause he a bit over a minute looking at my car and made an offer that was offensive, no way he was a professional appraiser, probably a car wash tech cause he sure didn’t know anything about vehicles. I think he may have saw my disabled veteran tag and thought I was brain damaged. Today they emailed me asking me to return and actually jacked the offer twice in emails, but once I find out I’m dealing with crooks I won’t go back, but believe me, I’m gonna blast them everywhere.
