Unprofessional, argumentative, and blasé salesman that caused the entire experience to make us feel as though we were the ones allocated to provide a customer service. The worst car buying experience we h caused the entire experience to make us feel as though we were the ones allocated to provide a customer service. The worst car buying experience we have ever had. This dealership attempted to mark the price up $5,000 from the price it was listed for. I’m only giving two stars thanks to the efforts of the General Manager Shaun, who agreed to sell us the car at the price listed online and that was initially discussed. All in all, do yourself a favor and do not deal with a place of business with such deplorable operational standards. There are better dealerships out there. We only completed our purchase because of the General Managers efforts to retain us as customers. Unfortunately that is not enough for me to recommend this dealership to anyone. Please, for your own good avoid this place like the plague if you have any anxiety issues or heart conditions because every encounter will leave you on the verge of having a panic attack. More
